Throughout your role as a Construction Solicitor, your duties may include:



Drafting amendments

Advising on construction obligations in property documents

Reviewing or drafting contracts and warranties

Bespoke drafting of purchase orders and agreements

Legal research and assisting with the wider team





The candidate will ideally have 0-5 years PQE, is highly organised, can prioritise their own time well, is an excellent team player and has a keen attention for detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ or experienced solicitor who is looking to establish themselves within a well-regarded legal practice, for the long-term
