CareerMakers are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our fast growing Construction team (Temp Division)

What Youll Be Doing

• Sourcing and screening candidates for temporary construction roles
• Building strong relationships with workers and clients
• Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent
• Managing compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes
• Maintaining an active database of available workers
• Supporting consultants with placements and job fulfilment
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar fast-paced role (preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of the construction industry or an interest in learning
• A confident communicator with great people skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• A proactive and driven attitude to succeed
