Job Title: BMS Commissioning Engineer Location: Manchester Airport Contract Length: 6 Months IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Competitive Day Rate

We're looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a major project at Manchester Airport.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer to get involved in a long-term contract delivering high-profile infrastructure work. The role will be focused on commissioning rather than software development, so a background in hands-on testing and commissioning of BMS systems is key.

• Commissioning BMS systems on a large-scale infrastructure site

• Running functional tests, I/O checks, and point-to-point testing

• Fault-finding and resolution on live systems

• Liaising with software engineers and site teams to ensure systems are delivered to specification

• Providing commissioning support and documentation for project handover

• Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer

• Comfortable working with a variety of BMS systems; experience with Delta Controls is advantageous but not essential

• Strong understanding of HVAC and building services controls

• Able to interpret technical drawings and commissioning documents

• ECS/CSCS card (or equivalent) preferred

• Must be eligible to work in the UK

• Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

• IR35 Status: Outside IR35

• Location: Manchester Airport - site-based

• Hours: Full-time, with occasional weekend availability depending on project needs

• Long-term project stability
