Paid Social Media Manager

Due to growth across our Group, we are currently looking to hire a brand new 'Paid Social Media Manager' to join a PE backed Professional Services business based in Greater Manchester.

We’re looking for an ambitious, passionate, highly creative and engaging individual who will become a key member of our Paid Media & Digital team, heading up all our paid social activity across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc...

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing comprehensive paid social ads across a range of platforms
• A desire to drive high quality lead volume for multiple brands ensuring target KPIs are met, and conversions maximised
• Working with marketing colleagues to deliver 1st class campaigns
• Providing regular reports and analysis on performance, highlighting key insights
• Track competitor activity and adjust strategic roadmap as needed
• Stay informed about emerging trends and market conditions within the paid social media environment
  
  
  

Knowledge And Experience

• Proven track record and deep understanding of paid social, with a minimum of 2+ years in an agency or multi-brand environment
• B2B experience a must, professional services experience an advantage
• In-depth knowledge all major social platforms and software.
• Leadership and team management skills an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  
  
  

We are looking for an individual who is happy working remotely for the majority of time, however once a week, we would expect you to come into our Bolton HQ or Northern Hub in Manchester. Travel to other UK offices may be required.
