Role Overview


The International Supply Chain Co-Ordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of product availability by accurately forecasting and managing short to medium-term inventory and capacity planning.


We are seeking an individual with the right skills, mindset, and enthusiasm to succeed in this role. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate the capabilities and attitude needed to thrive, regardless of their formal experience.


Responsibilities



  • Replan the short term inventory requirements needed to ensure the weeks on hand stock is maintained.

  • Conduct short to medium-term capacity analysis through scenario modelling, to drive out and address risks and opportunities for supply.

  • Communicate with our distributors to raise POs.

  • Track all changes to POs

  • Update planning and bakery KPIs

  • Conduct monthly bakery feedback sessions

  • Work closely with the Procurement team on forecast changes and capacity challenges.

  • Lead on system changes – work with the IT team to test and implement – update the wider supply chain team.

  • Review inventory reports from our distributors – challenge and update our system to reflect.

  • Communicate with the Commercial team the risks and opportunities with capacity.

  • Report on fulfilment levels and work with the Logistics team if service levels drop.


Person Specification



  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills – able to interpret data and translate into insights.

  • Strong stakeholder management, especially in managing supply risks and opportunities.

  • Clear and confident communicator

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning/reporting software.
