We are a recruitment business based throughout the North West of the UK and now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help drive our business forward. We operate in different sectors including Hospitality and Catering, Industrial and Driving, Commercial, Financial and Non Medical Clerical. Salary is depending on experience with bonus/commission on new business wonIdeally you will have some previous sales experience and perhaps in Recruitment but this is not essential. Main Skills and Responsibilities are Identifying and generating leads within the above sectorsCold CallingMeeting clients to close the deal either face to face or virtualWorking alongside the existing branches to identify leads that fit within the current business modelIdentifying potential new markets to operate inYou would need to be comfortable working alone, utilise your own time effectively and be a strong negotiator.
