What You Can Expect From Us
We are looking for a Supported Housing Specialist to join our Specialist Living team. This is a home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility and a need to attend site visits as and when required.
This position will cover patches within the Greater Manchester areas. Other travelling may be required within the North West on an ad hoc basis.
The purpose of the role is to deliver a specialist Supported Housing / Wellbeing service to all our vulnerable customers across the organisation working collaboratively with Neighbourhoods to ensure a high level of customer service.
You will be accountable for the supported housing service, managing agents, compliance, and risk of individual supported housing schemes and deliver bespoke supported housing service tailored to the individual customer and scheme.
You will need to deliver targeted supported housing services to individual schemes ensuring collaboration with neighbourhoods and ensure all voids, lettings and housing management issues are dealt with effectively taking ownership of any issues within the schemes/ projects and liaising with managing agents to ensure effective partnerships.

What are we looking for?
- Experience of working in a supported housing environment and or wellbeing services.
- Experience / knowledge of regulatory requirements in a supported housing context
- Experience of delivering a first class service to customers
- Experience of partnership working, to deliver supported housing / wellbeing services such as: local authorities, commissioning teams and partner agents, funding providers.
- Experience of working proactively to ensure all KPI’s are met each month.
- IT skills – Microsoft Office up to an intermediate level.
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
