Sales Executive – No Cold Calling | £30K Basic + £80K OTE

Leeds City Centre | Monday–Friday Only (Weekends Off!)

  • You’ve got sales experience – whether it's door-to-door, phone-based, recruitment, or retail
  • You’re confident on video consultations (Teams) and love speaking with people

  • You’re target-driven, self-motivated, and ready to smash your goals
  • You can build strong relationships and guide customers to the right solution

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle pre-booked Teams consultations – no cold calling
  • Consult with potential customers, understand their needs, and tailor the right solution
  • Present products clearly and professionally
  • Discuss payment options and close the sale
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets while maintaining a customer-first mindset
