Milk Education is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support our partner primary schools across North Manchester and Oldham, on both short- and long-term contracts.Could this be the role for you?Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond…Role Overview:As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in the day-to-day running of the classroom, either in EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You will work with groups of children and, when required, provide one-on-one support to individual students. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 15:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Role & Responsibilities:* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children.* Provide consistent support to children, responding to their individual needs.* Collaborate with the teacher on lesson planning, evaluation, and adjustments.* Deliver catch-up sessions to support student progress.Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Non-Negotiables:* Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).* Recent experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND, within the past two years.* Passion for education and supporting children’s development.* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.* Ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.Ready to Apply?Click 'Apply Now' or contact Hannah for more information:Ryan.long@(url removed)
