Why Be a Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale Myvitamins’ global paid media strategy. This is a high-impact role for a digital native who thrives in a data-led environment and knows how to drive growth across multiple paid channels while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results.

You’ll own the performance of paid digital channels (including Paid Social, PPC, Display, Affiliates, and emerging platforms like TikTok and Connected TV) and work closely with creative, CRM, and trading teams to ensure full-funnel efficiency and revenue growth.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager You'll

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of all paid marketing campaigns across key global markets.
• Manage channel owners and external partners to deliver efficient and scalable customer acquisition strategies.
• Own performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC, etc.) and continuously test and iterate to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and scale high-performing assets tailored to each platform.
• Partner with the CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure a connected user journey and maximise retention.
• Leverage data and analytics to build forecasts, dashboards, and campaign insights for key stakeholders.
• Identify new performance marketing opportunities (e.g. emerging platforms, influencer amplification, paid partnerships) and lead strategic testing.
• Stay ahead of trends in the wellness and e-commerce sectors, continuously benchmarking against competitors and innovating ahead of the curve.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within D2C e-commerce or wellness/beauty sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling multi-channel paid media campaigns with strong commercial impact.
• Deep understanding of attribution, digital analytics, and customer journey mapping.
• Expertise across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and affiliate networks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Data-driven and outcome-focused, with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Comfortable managing 6 figure monthly budgets with laser focus on ROI
