Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond professionally to inquiries via Amazon messaging, emails, and other channels.

  • Order Management: Track orders, process returns/exchanges, and resolve delivery issues.

  • Sales Assistance: Guide product choices, promote purchases, and upsell when appropriate.

  • Product Listings: Ensure accuracy of descriptions, images, and pricing on Amazon and other platforms.

  • Customer Feedback: Monitor reviews and ratings, addressing concerns to improve satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Problem Resolution: Handle refunds, returns, and complaints efficiently.
