About the Role:

Our client, a renowned UK wide property practiceis seeking a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associatewith at least two years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic Manchester team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including affordable housing valuations, viability assessments, and development appraisals. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the affordable housing sector in the public sector, but also having the chance to get involved in private sector work too. You can be based from either Manchester or London but if Manchester there will be travel to the South East.
