Objectives

• You will develop application and radio firmware for L+G Gas Meter products
• You will work closely with the firmware team to develop solutions aligned with the requirements presented by the product managers
  
  

Areas of Responsibility

• Skilled in software engineering for embedded systems, you will work with the Firmware Manager
• With substantial experience in the development of communication and UI software for radio connected embedded devices (ideally metering), working alongside your team members, you will bring the level of hands-on expertise required to bring new products to market on time and on cost
• Working within an Agile framework you will work closely with your colleagues as a member of the engineering leadership team to continuously improve our company
  
  

Experience Required

• Radio communications architectures
• Azure DevOps, or similar requirement management tools is a necessity
• Smart Energy-Measurement Device is desirable, including: Zigbee, NB-IoT, LTE-M, WiSun, M-Bus, DTLS, UDP, SMETS & SMETS2
• Embedded measurement products/software development
• Working in multi-disciplined teams
