We are working with an award-winning Marketing Agency in their search for a talented Senior Account Manager (could be perfect for an AM ready to step up too!)
Hybrid working (2/3 days in the office per week)
Salary: Up to 40k
Manchester City centre location
Our client is a leading B2B marketing agency based in Manchester. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team to lead on one of the agency's largest accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven professional to take on a key role in managing and growing our client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns and projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic marketing plans to achieve them
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Attend and present at client meetings and industry events
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a B2B marketing agency
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience across Digital, Social, Video, Creative and Campaign
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Experience with B2B marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
