Whom are we looking for?
We’re looking for a driven, confident, and energetic individual who thrives in outbound sales environments and enjoys the challenge of building a sales pipeline from the ground up. This hybrid role involves proactive outbound sales with a supporting function in sales administration and CRM management.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the clean energy sector, targeting Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients interested in battery storage and energy solutions.
To be successful in this role, you are expected to perform:
Outbound Sales (4 Days/Week)
- Take ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns via high-volume cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Build and maintain accurate, high-quality lead lists using tools such as Lusha, tailored to the C&I market.
- Proactively qualify leads, engage decision-makers, and secure high-quality meetings for senior sales reps.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and sales leadership to refine messaging, test campaigns, and optimize outreach.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
- Track lead engagement and pipeline data in the CRM (HubSpot) and use insights to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitors to sharpen pitch relevance and market positioning.
Sales & Administrative Support (1 Day/Week)
- Process and track sales orders, working closely with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain organized sales records, including customer profiles, contracts, invoices, and orders.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Help manage CRM accuracy, scheduling, documentation, and appointment-setting.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in outbound sales – especially cold calling and lead generation in a B2B environment.
- Enjoys outbound sales – this is not a reactive sales role; we’re looking for someone who gets energy from outreach and conversion.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage, persuade, and qualify decision-makers.
- Familiar with outbound sales tools like Lusha, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to balance sales outreach with administrative follow-through.
- Comfortable working toward KPIs and adapting strategy to improve results.
- A growth mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
- Competence in building sales pipelines and reporting on performance metrics.
- Experience selling within the renewable energy or battery storage space, within Commercial & Industrial is advantageous.
