We’re searching for a talented and motivated Production & Operations Manager to join a purpose-driven FMCG brand based in the North West. This is a company with a mission to educate, innovate, and disrupt industry norms, with solid growth already under their belt and big ambitions ahead. You’ll play a crucial role in scaling operations, optimising production processes, and ensuring efficiency as the business continues to grow.

This is a newly created leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and wants to take the lead in creating structure, improving efficiencies, and driving operational performance. You’ll be instrumental in building out systems and processes that will support long-term success, while working with a passionate team that truly believes in what they’re doing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily production and people operations to meet company targets and customer expectations


• Collaborate with the founders to build and implement scalable processes across production, warehousing, and logistics


• Identify and address inefficiencies in current workflows, introducing tools and systems to improve output and quality


• Manage and develop a growing operations team, nurturing talent and creating a culture of continuous improvement


• Ensure full compliance across health & safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements


• Take ownership of forecasting, inventory control, and supplier relationships to ensure a smooth end-to-end supply chain

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in leading production and/or operations within a premium consumer product or FMCG environment


• A process-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution


• Scale-up / SME experience, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’re adaptable, pragmatic, and proactive


• You bring a track record of implementing systems, improving efficiency, and managing change effectively


• A natural leader who thrives on accountability and enjoys building high-performing teams


• Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit - curious, commercially aware, and keen to make a genuine difference
