• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in the remittance and fintech sectors.
• Analyse customer feedback and market data to uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Product Ideation & Development:
• Brainstorm and conceptualize new product ideas that align with the companys vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and refine new product features and services.
• Innovation Strategy:
• Develop and execute product innovation strategies to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive product differentiation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with stakeholders including Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between customer needs and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product innovations.
• Continuously monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Innovation Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product innovation, development, or a related role in the fintech, remittance, or financial services sector.
• Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into successful products.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, and emerging trends in financial technology.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.).
