The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT & Fintech landscape, strong networking abilities, and a proactive approach to meet the recruitment needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a diverse workforce nationally & internationally and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Position Overview:Job Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs to identify and engage potential candidates for IT & Fintech roles.
- Candidate Screening:Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs. Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Employer Branding:Promote ACE Money Transfer as an employer of choice within the IT industry & Fintech showcasing company values, culture, and opportunities for growth to attract high-quality applicants.
- Applicant tracking systems (ATS)Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage and streamline the hiring process, ensuring an efficient candidate experience.
- Pipeline Management:Maintain an organized database of prospective candidates, ensuring timely follow-up and communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiation and Offer Management:Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and negotiate terms to secure top talent.
- Performance Analysis:Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Prepare regular reports on recruitment time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.
- Diversity and Inclusion:Advocate for diversity and inclusion in recruitment by actively sourcing and presenting a diverse range of candidates
- Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging technologies to proactively address talent acquisition challenges
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is essential. Advanced degrees or HR certifications and exhibit a commitment to the HR profession.Educational Background:
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, typically 2-3 years, is crucial. Familiarity with various talent acquisition strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate assessment techniques will enhance effectiveness in the role.Relevant Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT recruitment and a proven track record of successfully onboarding top candidates within the optimal time frame.Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in negotiation allows the Specialist to effectively manage offers and close candidates while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and candidate expectations.Negotiation Skills:
- The ability to analyse recruitment metrics and trends is important for optimizing the hiring process. Using data-driven insights can improve talent acquisition strategies and enhance workforce planning.Analytical Skills:
- The recruitment landscape is dynamic; hence, the ability to adapt to changing needs and overcome challenges is crucial. Creative problem-solving skills can help address hiring obstacles and develop innovative approaches to talent acquisition.Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
