Fusion People Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual with proven sales experience to join our UK client as a Field Sales Manager, covering the North of England. This role focuses on the sale of capital equipment and involves account management and direct sales within the region.


Job Details


  • Location: North of England, centered around Manchester


  • Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + OTE + Car


  • Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays


  • Benefits: Pension scheme


Primary Duties

  1. Identify key accounts and develop relationships to grow business.

  2. Utilize existing database to identify new sales opportunities within current customers.

  3. Proactively network to identify potential new customers.

  4. Sell aftermarket products to existing and new customers.


Candidate Requirements

  • Several years of field-based sales experience.

  • Knowledge of capital equipment or machinery industry.

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
