As an Insurance Solicitor, you will:



Join a nationally recognised defendant professional indemnity team

Handle complex and high-value insurance disputes

Work predominantly on professional indemnity claims

Engage with work referred either directly by clients or via insurers

Manage both pre-action and litigated claims

Collaborate with a wider national insurance disputes team

Deliver practical, strategic legal advice to a diverse client base



Act on behalf of a wide range of professionals, including:



Solicitors and barristers

Accountants and independent financial advisers

Insurance brokers

Construction professionals and surveyors



What they are looking for:



4-5 years’ PQE with a focus on professional indemnity or insurance disputes

Strong knowledge of litigation and pre-action protocols

Experience at a top regional, city firm, or in-house with a global insurer or MGA

Excellent analytical and client relationship management skills
