• This busy corporate and M&A team is highly ranked for the number of deals completed.

• The team works across a range of sectors and act for clients from early stage start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs, nationally and internationally.

• As a team, and a firm, they pride themselves on outstanding client service and the delivery of commercial and cost-effective advice.

• The firm is looking for a talented Corporate Lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE gained within another national or City law firm and have a proven track record in the full range of corporate transactions.

• You will have your own caseload of transactions as well as working alongside senior colleagues on more complex or higher value deals.

• You will be an ambitious lawyer keen to excel in corporate and M&A law.

• You will be working as part of a great team and have access to regular training and technical updates from the firm’s dedicated corporate PSL.
