Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join Team Teal in a dynamic and challenging environment. We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate sales professional who shares our values of honesty, commitment to teamwork, commercial understanding and solutions-focued.
About the role
You’ll work within our Sales & Marketing team, selling risk and compliance services and tech solutions to legal services clients. Specific tasks will inlude:
• Following up on all leads from the marketing activity delivered by marketing team.
• Leading the outbound lead generation camaigns.
• Attending networking events/host public Tracker demos as required.
• Managing existing client relationships/leads and any cross-selling opporunities.
• Maintaining knowledge base of Teal products and target markets, including identifying opportunities for new product deelopment.
• Pitching our services to clients.
• Achieving the sals targets.
We’re headquartered in Manchester. This role will be primarily home-based and will include national travel as and when required.

About our sccessful candidate
- Strategy: Implement sales strategies and a sales action plan, assisting in following up leads from business development and targeting core services to achieve the overall sales target.
- Analytics: Utilise analytics tools to undertake detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses and opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Possess exceptional communication skills and have an excellent understanding of our products and services. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills and making presentations to our clients and partners.
What we offer
Salary
Base salary of £30,000-£40,000 p.a. dependent on experience.
Monthly commission capped at £2,000 (OTE)
Annual Leave
Holiday Entitlement - 21 days per year (increasing by one day per year of service up to a maximum of 26 days) plus bank holidays and:
Birthday Day – 1 day holiday on or around your birthday;
Christmas Closing – 3 days holiday when the office is closed for Christmas.

Quarterly Strategy Days.
Two staff social events per year in Manchester.
