Financial Planning & Analyst - #1702510

We are partnering one of the worlds most recognised brands in the appointment of an interim FP&A lead.

The business is going through progressive change and as such is seeking to appoint a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for a 9-12 month period. Hybrid working, Manchester.

Reporting into the Director of Finance for UK and Ireland, you will lead a team across the following areas:

• Lead the European month-end process and financial outlook submissions, ensuring timeliness and accuracy for Senior EU Leadership and Corporate
• Provide the UK lead teams with variance analysis of actual results, budgets, and forecasts through close collaboration with UKI and HGM Finance teams.
• Budget Insight - Work closely with the UK Finance teams to consolidate and analyse country financials during budgeting and planning
• Support the UK Senior Finance Director in reviewing key metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, and tracking performance trends that drive business decisions.
• Process Improvement- Involvement in continuous improvement intitatives and identifying efficiencies
• Budgeting - work closely with the finance team to consolidate and analyse country financials during budgeting and planning

You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
• Strong FP&A experience ideally within FMCG/Retail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Northwest based
