The Digital marketing acquisition analyst will play a key role in supporting the customer acquisition strategy by analysing data, optimizing campaigns, and providing actionable insights. Reporting to the Acquisition Lead, this role involves tracking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition success. The Acquisition Analyst will leverage their analytical skills to continuously refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and contribute to the growth of the customer Responsibilitieser base.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance across digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition strategies, ensuring enhanced customer conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to align marketing assets with overall acquisition objectives and strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and track budget utilization, making recommendations for adjustments to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Create and present regular performance reports to the Acquisition Lead, highlighting key trends and actionable insights for strategy refinement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platforms, incorporating innovative practices into customer acquisition strategies.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven marketing or acquisition-focused role, ideally within the fintech or digital sector. Proven success in analysing and optimizing digital campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, and other similar marketing platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for optimizing acquisition strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data and insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem-solving mindset to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in campaigns.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing performance reports and analysing data.
