We essentially help our end customers use a multitude of services across an array of complexity in as easy a manner as possible. We are expanding the platform of the company and we’re seeking a Lead UX Designer to continue the growth further.

You will be working closely with the Head of Product to continue the progress of the company’s roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• To be a senior figure head in the team that owns key product and channel experiences, ensuring they align with brand

vision and objectives.

• Champion the use of design systems to maintain consistency and coherence across all

channels and touchpoints.

• Balance the needs and objectives of both B2B, B2C and even B2S (Supplier) audiences

Requirements:

• Expertise in UI design principles and best practices, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Experience working in both B2B (B2B2C) and B2C environments, balancing competing

objectives and priorities.

• Experience working on Mobile apps.

• Develop and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes,

and design specifications.

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma is a must), or similar platforms

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
