The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters.
- Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions.
- Leading on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues.
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Taking initiative with BD and team leadership.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven expertise in Commercial law.
- An established network and client base.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- A strong track record of advising on complex commercial matters.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing their own workload.
