Rate of Pay : £12.21 Gym attendant - £12.40 Fitness Advisor

As a Fitness Advisor (qualified):

● Deliver engaging group fitness classes and one-to-one personal training.

● Provide fitness assessments and create personalised workout plans.

● Support and motivate members in achieving their fitness goals.

● Keep up to date with the latest fitness trends and offer expert guidance.

● Promote our services, offers, and memberships to enhance member experience.

● Achieve KPIs related to member interaction, class attendance, and PT revenue.

As a Gym Attendant (trainee or working towards qualification):

● Welcome members with a friendly, professional attitude.

● Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped gym environment.

● Perform regular checks and report maintenance issues.

● Promote our fitness classes and services.

● Support members with general queries and gym floor assistance.

● Work towards your Level 2 Fitness Qualification (fully supported by Bannatyne).

Until you have achieved your L2 Fitness Qualification you will not be able to perform any form of fitness instruction.

For Fitness Advisor roles, you must hold a minimum REPs Level 2 qualification.

Desirable: Level 3 Personal Training, ETM, Spin, or Group Exercise qualifications.

For Gym Attendant roles, no qualifications are required—just the willingness to learn and grow with us.
