Our Ways of Working Principles:

We believe that most of us do our best work when we work together, but we know that everyone works in different ways, and quite frankly, has other commitments and responsibilities outside of work.

As we further adjust to hybrid working, we want to take what we've learnt from working remotely and keep the flexibility that's enabled us to thrive and keep driving our business forward.

We have some core principles which support us in this:

Do what’s right

Trust & give permission

Delivery matters

We understand ways of working can look different based on your role, team and you as an individual so we are here to support and discuss this with you during the interview process.

  • Please note this role is an initial 12 Month FTC and Part-time (3 days a week).

Work with us

At Moonpig Group our mission is to help people connect and create moments that matter. We’re an international group made up of three brilliant brands – Moonpig in the UK, Ireland, US and Australia, and Greetz in the Netherlands – with our newest addition Buyagift joining us in 2022.

We were founded with a goal to disrupt the traditional greetings industry. Two decades on, we’re an established leader within the online gifting market, offering a wide range of products to customers across the world.

Moonpig is an iconic brand and innovator, with clear values (read more about our values here!). These values set our teams and our business up for success in an environment that’s fun, supportive and challenging. They’re the glue that binds us together and we think of them as a platform to help us deliver our best work. You have every chance to drive impact here at Moonpig, and most importantly, we genuinely want you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, expertly managing the full lifecycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles across Moonpig Group (Moonpig, Buyagift & Red Letter Days and Greetz). You'll partner closely with our inspiring Leadership Teams, becoming a trusted advisor who equips them with the insights needed to make confident, people-first hiring decisions. Importantly, you'll champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring we build teams as diverse and vibrant as the cards we create!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the recruitment process from end to end, always considering diversity and inclusion and focusing on people first
  • Identify, source, and secure top-tier candidates through innovative direct sourcing strategies.
  • Craft unforgettable candidate experiences: ensure every candidate – regardless of the outcome – feels valued and respected throughout their interaction with Moonpig. Our people-first culture starts right here!
  • Cultivate future talent by building meaningful relationships with potential candidates and nurturing a robust talent pipeline
  • Innovate and elevate our strategy by identifying opportunities to add your unique value, diversify our methods, and implement fresh, effective ways of working.
  • Become a trusted strategic partner by providing insightful advice and guidance to our Leadership Team and key stakeholders
  • Amplify our Employer Brand by being an enthusiastic advocate for Moonpig, showcasing our amazing culture and opportunities to the wider world.
  • Drive data-informed decisions by leveraging metrics and data to measure the impact of your work, providing valuable insights that shape our recruitment strategies and demonstrate ROI

You'll be a great addition to the team if you:

  • Bring a solid foundation of 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, successfully sourcing for a variety of roles and levels.
  • Curious and innovative thinker, constantly exploring fresh ways to connect with future talent and authentically showcase the Moonpig magic
  • Highly structured and organised, with a knack for using data to generate insightful reports and demonstrate the value of talent acquisition. In our data-driven environment, your analytical skills will shine!
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail to effortlessly manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Are a proactive and resourceful problem-solver, confidently navigating challenges and developing creative solutions with minimal guidance
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build strong rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues alike.
  • Possess a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning, always seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and refine your skills.
  • Familiarity with Lever (our Applicant Tracking System) is a significant plus!

More about you:

  • You're a passionate and dedicated individual who genuinely cares about building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting where you can make a real impact.
  • An excellent communicator who can effortlessly build rapport and influence stakeholders through clear and engaging dialogue.
