Location: Hybrid – Homeworking/Head Office - Trinity Estates - Vantage Point, 23 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7DN

Working Hours – 09:00 – 17:15 Monday - Friday

Job Description:

The Property Manager is responsible for Day-to Day management of a portfolio of developments within the North West of England

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Conduct development inspections and ensure compliance with company responsibilities.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, addressing queries and attending meetings.
  • Oversee financial management, contractor appointments, and quality control of works.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and industry regulations.
  • Manage reporting, customer complaints, and internal collaboration.
  • Support management, oversee ad-hoc projects, and maintain the company’s reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the residential property management sector.
  • ATPI qualified (desirable)
  • An understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety regulations.
  • A proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels.
  • A proven track record of budgeting and account management.
  • Must have a full UK driving license.
  • Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience of contract management.
  • Client focussed, organised, self-motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, whilst having the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
