Resident Liaison Officer - #1697375

Dandara Living is recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaision officer to join the site of of our remedial works project in Manchester.

About The Role

Reporting to the Client Liaison & Contracts Manager this role will assist the Legacy team with project programming and delivery through direct contact with leaseholders and residents as a LRLO, as well as managing robust document control processes across all Legacy Sites.

• Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays)

What You'll Do

• Own Resident Relations: Be the go-to contact for leaseholders and tenants—handle queries, welfare checks, letter drops and calls.
• Coordinate Works: Schedule and arrange access to occupied apartments and common areas. Help residents relocate to temporary accommodation when needed.
• Keep Us Compliant: Manage all Asite (or similar) document control—track leases, resident communications and site progress.
• Spot & Resolve Risks: Carry out regular safety checks (lifts, doors, fire alarms, fire-stopping), protect surfaces, log issues and escalate fast.
• Drive Progress: Update improvement plans and trackers, attend weekly/monthly site meetings (in person or via video) and close out action items.
  
  

What You Will Have

Essential

• Extensive industry experience
• UK valid driving license is required as you may be asked to travel between sites
• Construction qualification or equivalent site experience
• Knowledge / experience / proficiency with Asite or similar document control & QA system
• Experience working within live environments, ideally tenanted residential buildings.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety and CDM requirements
