Reporting into the Talent Manager, the Talent Executive will support the wider talent team with live recruitment, ensuring a great candidate experience at all times. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, hard-working and ambitious with a willingness to learn. The Talent Executive will be a true THG Beauty brand ambassador who fosters hiring best practices and finds best in class candidates for our vacancies.    

As a Talent Executive you will:  

• Take ownership for all live recruitment across our Executive & Senior Executive hires across the division.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to provide a great candidate experience, including briefing, sourcing, shortlisting and conducting screening interviews; assessing candidates against role requirements and providing feedback; through to offer negotiation and on-boarding.  
• Ownership of all Early Careers recruitment, working closely with line manager and the Early Careers team to foster a smooth and positive process.
• Co-facilitate Early Careers assessment centre alongside the Early Careers team
• Proactively build relationships across the Beauty People team, regularly informing and keeping the team up to date with relevant updates from your area of the business.  
• Be a true THG Beauty Brand Ambassador – looking for new ways to showcase THG as an employer of choice.  
• Support on ad hoc Talent projects as required.  
  
  

 

What experience & skills do I need for this role?   

• 1-2 years experience in a similar Talent/Resourcer role; this could be in house or agency.
• Great communicator; able to build and maintain relationships across the division with a range of stakeholders.  
• Ability to work at pace, things move fast here at THG, so you'll need to be able to perform well in a pacey and agile environment.  
• Time-management - prioritisation of workload is paramount.    
• Attention to detail. It's the little things that matter; you should be able to demonstrate giving great candidate experience.  
• Data focused; able to demonstrate key hiring metrics/KPI’s and pull insights.
