We are looking for an Architectural Technician/Technologist in Manchester!Conrad Consulting, in collaboration with a prestigious national design studio, is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to contribute to the expansion of a regional office in Central Manchester.Joining this RIBA Chartered practice offers an exceptional platform for career growth and professional recognition. The successful candidate will work on a variety of exciting projects and will play a pivotal role in the growth of the Manchester office.Key Responsibilities:- Producing high-quality drawings with meticulous attention to detail.- Leading complex design projects.- Developing and executing marketing strategies.- Managing key client relationships.- Collaborating with colleagues across both offices.- Working closely with internal design teams and external suppliers.- Utilising REVIT and AutoCAD to produce detailed work.Essential Requirements:- Relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).- Minimum of 2 years of practice-based experience in a similar role.- Full proficiency in both REVIT and AutoCAD software.- Positive attitude towards work.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Knowledge of current UK planning and building regulation procedures.This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 - £35,000.
