We’re searching for a UK-based Sr Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Product Marketing team, so that we can strengthen RLDatix’s international presence and drive product adoption across our Workforce Management solutions portfolio. The Sr Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch, promote, and adapt our healthcare SaaS solutions to enhance market penetration and revenue growth in our international regions.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Conduct market research and segmentation to identify and target audiences in UK, Europe, and ANZ regions
- Analyze competitor landscape and develop differentiated positioning in order to tailor messaging and gain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with Product Management to align product innovation with customer needs and market trends
- Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies to drive product launches and solution adoption
- Support sales enablement efforts with materials like pitch decks, proposal templates, and customer references to equip the team with effective tools
- Senior level experience in product marketing within healthcare technology
- Proven success in launching and positioning B2B healthcare SaaS products
- In-depth knowledge of market segmentation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to commute to the UK office as needed for collaborative sessions
- Sincere interest in understanding customer needs in the healthcare B2B sector
- A knack for working collaboratively across teams within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
