What You Will Do

Our UK HR Operations team support the administration of the employee lifecycle processes across the UK, France, Netherlands, Switzerland and Singapore. As a HR graduate joining the team you will provide administrative support in the following areas;

• Recruiting – draft employment contracts and co-ordinate the on-boarding process
• Create letters and documents in support of the joiners, movers and leavers (JML) and employee life cycle processes for both line managers and employees
• Support maternity, paternity and adoption leave processes
• Maintain employee data on SAP (HR System), create and amend positions and update organisation structures in SAP to reflect team changes
• Support the process for new visas and visa monitoring to ensure compliance with UK Border Agency guidelines
• General administrative support with ad-hoc employee correspondence, supporting queries and requests and maintenance of employee files

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for an ambitious individual who’s on the lookout for an organisation where you can thrive and grow. To be considered, you should have:

• A degree or predicted degree in a HR or business related subject (2:1), together with
• Three A levels (or equivalent) at grade A* - C or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4 – 9 including Maths and English
• The right to work in the UK for the duration of the Graduate Programme
• Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) – essential
