What will this role include?



  • Overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • Crafting and implementing strategies for maximum impact.

  • Utilising data-driven insights to refine and optimise campaigns.

  • Ensuring analytics and reporting provide clear ROI tracking.

  • Collaborating with content, sales, and customer success teams to align campaigns with business goals.

  • Managing campaign messaging, targeting, and creative execution to resonate with key audiences.

  • Leading and developing a team of performance marketers.

  • Allocating resources effectively and ensuring smooth campaign operations.

  • Enhancing team productivity through coaching and structured guidance.

  • Driving customer satisfaction by managing queries efficiently.


The ideal candidate will have/be:



  • 5+ years in B2B marketing campaign management, with a strong focus on customer-facing roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of media agency workflows.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across diverse clients

  • Expertise in audience segmentation, persona targeting, and data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaign tracking, automation, and lead flow optimisation.

  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

  • Background in customer experience management.

  • Effective cross-functional collaborator.
