Your Mission
- Provide administrative support to the Performance Merchandising Team in creating footwear, apparel, and accessories ranges.
- Support and drive data analysis of the UKI range from purchasing, forecasting, pricing, and margin perspectives.
- Assist with local ERP setup of wholesale and DTC ranges.
- Serve as the first point of contact for cross-departmental queries related to the performance product range, focusing on run/train/hoops.
- Manage key Excel files covering forecasting, pricing, product descriptions, and status.
- Track and follow the global critical path process to meet seasonal deadlines.
- Participate actively in key milestone meetings.
- Create sell-in tools to support the Sales GTM process, such as workbooks, line plans, and price lists.
- Own product setup for run/train/hoops, including systems, restrictions, embargoes, trackers, master sheets, and price changes.
- Develop knowledge of the run/train/hoops UKI market to provide feedback to regional and global units.
- Conduct store visits and prepare wrap-up reports to update the team on retailer and competitor activity.
- Analyze historical PO and sales data alongside seasonal targets to provide forecasts and optimize SKU efficiency.
- Support sample order placement by reviewing seasonal needs to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare merchandising showrooms at season start and pack down afterward.
- Liaise daily with the wider merchandising, DTC, sales, and marketing teams to execute plans and share updates.
- Contribute to a collaborative and harmonious merchandising team with strong cross-functional relationships.
- Review weekly GTM updates and follow up on action points.
