2nd Line Support Engineer - Up to £30,000 + Benefits
Location: Manchester (with travel to Stoke 2-3 times a week, expensed)
Office: 4 days per week | Full-Time | Permanent
Are you an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer who enjoys variety, being hands-on with tech, and providing great customer support without climbing the ladder into 3rd Line or beyond? This might just be the opportunity for you.
iO Associates is working with a well-established and growing technology services provider that supports a diverse range of clients. With a friendly, collaborative environment and a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality service, they're looking for someone confident, dependable, and enthusiastic to join their close-knit support team.
What You'll Be Doing:- Visiting client sites to install and configure hardware (laptops, printers, firewalls, etc.)
- Handling Microsoft 365 support issues (email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Delivering remote support and troubleshooting network/firewall issues
- Supporting telephony systems and CCTV setups
- Maintaining high levels of customer service while balancing hands-on technical tasks
- Solid, mature experience in a 2nd Line Support role
- Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable working both on-site and remotely
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to Stoke (expenses covered)
