Were on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly expanding, eco-focused manufacturer. This is a hands-on, varied role where youll be working with automated machinery, conveyors, and site utilities to keep production running smoothly.

The Role:
- Proactive & reactive maintenance on high-speed automated machinery
- Fault diagnosis & repair on electrical & mechanical systems
- Support installations & commissioning of new equipment
- Ensure all plant, machinery, and utilities operate at peak efficiency
- Assist with training apprentices & machine setters
- Identify areas for continuous improvementbecause thats how weve always done it isnt good enough
What You Need:
? Electrical & mechanical maintenance experience (FMCG preferred)
? NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential)
? HNC in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, but not a deal-breaker)
? Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skillswhen something breaks, you know how to fix it
? Experience with installations & commissioningnot just repairs
? The ability to work independently, but also collaborate when needed
