Software Engineering Manager
Hybrid – Manchester 2/3 days per week

What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership across multiple software teams and managers
- Strong technical background in systems integration and software delivery
- Experience across full software development life cycle—from concept through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing owners
- Ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and deliver an exceptional user experience for both consumers and internal teams.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire engineers and leaders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and improvement
