About the Role:Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and qualified RICS Registered Valuer to join my clients expanding team. This is a key position within the business, offering an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality 'Red Book' valuations across residential, commercial, and development property portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver RICS ‘Red Book’ compliant valuations for a broad client base

• Manage and grow client relationships across both public and private sectors

• Provide valuation advice across a mix of asset classes including residential, commercial, and development property

• Ensure all reporting and compliance standards are upheld

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support business growth

Requirements:

• MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer (Essential)

• Demonstrable experience in valuing commercial, residential, and development properties

• Strong numeracy and technical valuation skills

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office; Argus Developer / Enterprise experience is desirable but not essential

• Full UK driving licence
