JOB TITLE: Mortgage Product Manager, Homes - 12 Month FTC/Secondment
SALARY: The salary banding for this role is £59,850 - £66,500
LOCATION: Ideally Chester or Manchester but we'll consider, Bristol, Halifax, Leeds or London
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Our team manages the Group's mortgage portfolio, which includes multiple brands and various types of mortgage products. We ensure that the treatment and outcomes for our existing mortgage customers align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. We seek problem solvers who are attentive to detail and committed to good customer outcomes with a strong sense of determination and drive.
What will I be doing?
Data and Analytics: Utilise data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and see opportunities for improvement. Build and update dashboards and reports for monitoring metrics.
Strategy and Delivery: Define and deliver the strategy of customer management and treatment strategies, balancing the business, conduct and customer contexts.
Customer Collaboration: Work in collaboration with Channel, Operations, Risk, Legal and our Platform teams to lead and coordinate a wide range of initiatives and projects across Homes.
Customer-Centric: Build an understanding of customer behaviour and product performance whilst evaluating conduct and business risks.

What you'll need
Mortgage Experience: Strong background in mortgage products, with a proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing product portfolios in the financial services industry.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using various analytical tools and Management Information (MI) systems to scrutinise and manipulate data, deriving actionable insights and driving critical initiatives.
Partner Influence: Skilfully navigates and influences relationships to drive improvements that benefit customers.
Customer-Centric Approach: Always puts customers first, ensuring their needs are prioritised and exceptional outcomes are delivered.
Effective Communication: Excels in both written and verbal communication, confidently presenting evidence-based conclusions and recommendations at all levels.
Innovative Problem Solving: Uses creative and bold approaches to tackle complex problems, enhancing customer experiences.
Comprehensive Risk Management: Assesses risks from all perspectives, identifying mitigants and strengthening the control framework.
