We’re on the lookout for a results-driven CRM & Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on using customer insight to scale engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
You’ll be instrumental in owning and optimising the CRM strategy while simultaneously owning data based growth campaigns across multiple channels to drive acquisition and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Execution
- Own and evolve the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding new learners to reactivating lapsed users.
- Build multi-touch journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app to deepen engagement and loyalty.
- Segment users by learning path, genre interest, or skill level to deliver hyper-relevant content.
- Champion retention by launching campaigns around course progress, artist features, and exclusive drops.
Growth Marketing
- Collaborate with content and creative to turn synth tutorials, artist interviews, and platform updates into high-converting campaigns.
- Build and optimise landing pages to improve conversion from campaign to sign-up.
- Plan and execute growth campaigns with a focus on new customer acquisition and activation.
- Run experiments to test hypotheses across paid, organic, and referral channels.
- Manage performance marketing efforts (Google, Meta, etc.) in collaboration with external partners or in-house specialists.
- Identify and explore new channels, tools, and trends that can unlock growth opportunities.
Data & Reporting
- Use tools like Amplitude and Braze to report on marketing performance.
- Maintain dashboards and run tests to drive actionable insight.
- Present weekly results, insights, and recommendations to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in CRM, growth, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth across customer acquisition and retention.
- Data literate: strong skills in segmentation and performance analysis.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.
- A growth mindset: you’re obsessed with experimentation and measurable results.
- Comfort with analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Bonus points if you love music, produce on the side, or know your way around a DAW.
This job can be based anywhere in the UK, with Leeds and Manchester preferred and will be Hybrid working.
