Claimant and defendant clinical negligence experience

We are interested in speaking to clinical negligence solicitors with either claimant or defendant experience. We currently have a claimant opportunity with a leading clinical negligence practice as well as a defendant role working with public sector as well as private sector clients. Both opportunities offer fantastic progression.

  Experience: Previous experience in clinical negligence law (defendant or claimant)

Ideal experience

We are looking for candidates ideally with experience in clinical negligence from either a defendant or claimant perspective. This might include:

• Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis


• Birth injury claims


• Surgical and medication errors


• Fatal claims and inquests


• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedure


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• The ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team


• A client-focused approach and attention to detail

Other experience besides clinical negligence

As well as clinical negligence experience, the team will also consider those with more general personal injury litigation experience particularly those with experience in areas such as EL/PL.
