Join a fast-growing energy company at the forefront of digital transformation. We're seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our Sales IT team on a fulltime basis. You'll deliver 3rd line support across business-critical applications, drive incident resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line application support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet SLA targets
- Proactively monitor and maintain application systems, updates, and patching
- Support technical design reviews and environment deployments for internal projects
- Maintain clear and up-to-date support documentation
Top 5 Essential Skills
- Strong experience with Windows Server, IIS, and Active Directory
- Solid understanding of T-SQL or PL/SQL
- Familiarity with scripting (.NET, PowerShell)
- Proficient in using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCSM)
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills
Top 5 Optional Skills
- Azure (AD, IaaS, PaaS)
- Microsoft Dynamics (2012AX or D365)
- Office365 administration
- Experience with Octopus Deploy or similar deployment tools
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and certification
