What you can expect

• Work in an agile environment, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders. Use your technical skills to solve problems for clients and internal projects.


• Participate in in-person whiteboarding sessions and asynchronous communication via Teams.


• Enjoy hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the office or on client sites, with potential for up to 5 days on-site depending on role.


• Lead and deliver complex design projects from strategy to execution, managing medium-sized assignments, structuring workstreams, managing risks, and maintaining client relationships.


• Produce high-quality design deliverables, drive innovation, and meet deadlines.


• Build and lead teams on complex projects, influence client decisions, mentor colleagues, and contribute to business development.


• Balance internal projects with client deliverables, ensuring seamless integration of design and business objectives, and build strong relationships with senior clients.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills


• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment


• Visionary and pragmatic Senior UX/UI Designer with a proven track record in delivering successful services for private and public sector clients


• Experience in client-facing roles, building strong relationships, and leading proposals


• Collaborative, empathetic leadership style focused on mentoring, developing others, creating inclusive environments, and fostering excellence


• Comfort working across all PA industries including Consumer & Manufacturing, Public Sector, Defence & Security, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, and Transport


• Knowledge of current service design trends and emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and digital transformation; familiarity with UK Government Service Standard is a bonus


• Strong business acumen, opportunity identification, and contribution to business growth and reputation


• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, methodologies, strategic thinking, and innovation skills

Interview stages may vary based on role requirements:

• Round 1: Competency interview (45 mins)


• Round 2: Case study task (60 mins)


• Final round: Meeting with a PA leader (60 mins)
