Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Evening shifts & must have weekend availability
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Check guests in and out, ensure proper payment, note and fulfill special requests, and record accurate information.
- Answer the phone professionally and helpfully.
- Post charges and settle guest accounts following procedures.
- Address and resolve guest issues to increase satisfaction.
- Be familiar with emergency procedures and hotel policies.
- Practice punctuality for scheduled shifts.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Hotel experience is a plus but not required
- Reliability
- Attention to detail
