Divisional Manager – Water Treatment Chemicals

A global leader in water treatment chemicals is seeking a Divisional Manager to oversee sales operations across Northern UK and Scotland. This is a rare opportunity to take full strategic and commercial ownership of a key territory, leading a dedicated team and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 20 sales professionals across the region.


• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand market share.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.


• Monitor performance metrics and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional activities with global business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven sales management experience within the water treatment, chemicals, or related industrial sectors.


• The Divisional Manager will have strong leadership and team development skills.


• Commercially astute with a track record of delivering sales growth.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.


• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
