Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Manchester

Salary: up to 55k + Car allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, specification, and implementation of electrical systems (lighting, power, containment, infrastructure).


• Perform detailed calculations and simulations for compliance and efficiency.


• Develop and review technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Bluebeam.


• Conduct site inspections and assessments to recommend improvements.


• Ensure compliance with codes and standards (CIBSE, ASHRAE, HTMs, Building Regulations).


• Mentor junior engineers and project teams.


• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation.


• Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate systems into designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.


• Extensive UK experience in electrical building services engineering.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Amtech, Dialux, Relux.


• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.


• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
