As the Senior Insight Analyst, you'll dive deep into business data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks. You'll play a key role in shaping strategic growth initiatives and optimising overall business performance. This is a chance to collaborate with senior leadership across various departments, using your analytical expertise to drive decisions and influence change.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth data analysis to extract insights, highlighting growth opportunities and areas for improvement.


• Collaborate with senior leaders to help define focus areas and translate data into impactful business strategies.


• Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights, effectively communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.


• Support junior team members by providing coaching and mentoring, with potential to take on direct line management in the future.


• Validate business hypotheses using data analysis, offering evidence-based recommendations to guide decision-making.

Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into visual insights that drive business decisions.


• Advanced SQL experience, and Tableau or similar.


• Good understanding / exposure of the digital landscape and digital analytics


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, whilst proactively tackling challenges and continuously driving growth.


• Strong understanding of key business value drivers, with a talent for identifying high-impact analyses early on.


• Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, using data to influence decisions and drive growth.
