Pway Supervisor (Rail)

Location: North West

Contract: 6 Months with possible extension

Rate: GBP £350/day UMB

Our major rail client is looking for a supervisor to join their PWAY team for immediate start. They will work directly with the PWAY team to ensure that all Off Track work is completed to a safe and efficient manner. This will be covering preeminent the northwest area, Monday to Friday.

Van and Fuel will be provided for this role.

Experience

• Track experience as a supervisor or site foreperson in a rail environment
• Experience in rail working on track renewal projects.
• Good knowledge of Track, tamping, and stressing.

Key Accountabilities and objectives

• To manage groups with a continuous improvement ethos
• Management of existing contracts and rail infrastructure projects
• Supervising subcontractors ensuring good safety practices are followed
• Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of employees are following company procedures and requesting SWP’s
